Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor to assist families in selecting funeral services and cemetery merchandise. You will manage walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive leads, while earning first-year earnings between $40,000 and $60,000 with uncapped commissions. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks accompanies the role.

The position requires a high level of empathy, strong communication, and reliable transportation to service client meetings and community events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related education preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; travel for meetings is expected.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM system.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; detail oriented.
• Willingness to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, merchandise, cemetery services, and related inventory.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach.
• Support clients through a compassionate, service-oriented process.
