Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and guide them through pre-need and at-need services. You will generate leads from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach while promoting cemetery property and merchandise.

The role offers an earnings range of $55,000-$65,000 in the first year, with uncapped commission potential and a 6-week training pay of $18.00 per hour. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related area preferred in Business/Marketing/Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to work holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• This role sells pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, and related merchandise.
• The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
• Leads are generated through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation.
