Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and cemetery services, guiding clients from walk-ins and inbound calls. This full-time role offers first-year earnings of $40,000–$50,000 plus uncapped commission; training pay is $18.00 per hour for six weeks.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, MS Office and CRM experience, and willingness to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with some education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM system preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with funeral selections and cemetery services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and inventory to families.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
• Attend services and coordinate with clients with discretion and confidentiality.
