Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families in selecting funeral services and related merchandise. This full-time role offers a base earnings range of $45,000–$65,000 in the first year, with uncapped commissions and a training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks.

Leads are generated from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. The position requires a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for offsite client meetings and community events, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related coursework preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed for travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with a CRM system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
