Job summary

Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral service selections and related offerings. Expect uncapped commissions with a first-year earnings range of $40,000–$50,000, plus Training Pay of $18.00/hour for 6 weeks.

Leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive prospecting. The role requires driving to client meetings and community events, with travel reimbursed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive outreach.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Coordinate with clients and attend community events as needed.
