Job summary

Everstory Partners in Florence, AL is seeking a Sales Counselor who guides individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product decisions with empathy. You will meet clients, build a sales pipeline via inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, and close sales with consultative guidance.

This role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, six weeks of paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven sales environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Track leads and activities using HubSpot CRM and maintain relationships with clients.
