You will sell pre-need and at-need services, build a customer pipeline, and manage leads via HubSpot CRM while collaborating with funeral home and location leadership.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, community outreach, and a strong service mindset, with an uncapped commission option and paid training during the first six weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales or related relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based environment with prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and guidance on products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery products.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Manage leads and activity through HubSpot CRM and coordinate with teams.
