Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales or relationship-based roles.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and guide them to the right funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
