Job summary

Gamus LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide flexible support for the Sales Department, covering Account Managers during absences and assisting with web orders, administrative tasks, and sales operations projects.

The role offers exposure to customer service, sales operations, order management, product knowledge, and account management processes, with clear paths toward advancement into an Account Manager role.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; equivalent experience.
• Previous customer service, administrative support, inside sales, retail, or account support experience preferred.
• Gaming or distribution industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn company systems, products, and processes quickly.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist across departments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Knowledge of MAS200, Sage, or other CRM system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary coverage for assigned accounts when Account Managers are unavailable.
• Assist customers with order status, product availability, and general account support.
• Handle web orders, verification, and maintenance tasks.
• Support data entry, reporting, and sales tracking initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
• Assist with onboarding and training documentation as assigned.
• Support promotions, event registrations, and related administrative processes.
