Job summary

Suddath is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage the full order fulfillment process, from entry through punch list, and to provide responsive support to sales and customers. You will coordinate order flow with design, project management, and vendors to meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, accurate invoicing, and collaboration across departments to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Furniture industry experience preferred.
• Experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders from entry to close.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and vendors to create quotes.
• Prepare documentation for delivery, installation, and service requests.
• Provide high level customer service by phone and in person.
