Job summary

JP McHale Pest Management, located in Buchanan, NY, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations on-site. The role handles inbound leads, qualification, CRM tracking, and service set-ups in Pest Pac, with administrative duties and regular reporting.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing. The position emphasizes timely responses, coordination with the sales team, and attendance at all required meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, friendliness, and ability to build rapport required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using Pest Pac and CRM platform(s) preferred.
• Effectively manage your time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data for services to be recommended.
• Display positive demeanor, professionalism, and desire to please customers.
• Must meet company drug screen and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign or engage with inbound leads daily with urgency to respond promptly.
• Track, qualify, and distribute technician leads with accurate documentation.
• Follow-up with pending leads and identify opportunities via data alerts and referrals.
• Coordinate with sales teams to manage CRM, schedule inspections, and create service set-ups.
• Enter all information into CRM/Pest Pac and complete sales admin duties.
• Attend office and team meetings as required.
• Measure and report sales performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
