Job Description: Residential Pest Control Technician – Location: Buchanan, NY. Pay Range: $21+/hr (Depending on experience). JP McHale Pest Management LLC, an Anticimex Company, is a leading professional pest control company nationwide. The Technician is the vital link between the company and clients, delivering exceptional customer service, solving pest problems, and recommending corrective actions to prevent future issues. The role involves helping community members and protecting their homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

The Technician will: deliver pest control services to residential and commercial clients; inspect structures for pest presence and entry points; provide documentation of services performed; act quickly to address ongoing issues; and maintain professional relationships with clients on the route.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Physical ability to enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb stairs, ladders, and use personal protective equipment.
• Visual inspection skills for pests and pest entries.
• Tolerance for a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
• Knowledge of JP McHale Pest Management policies and procedures.
• Compliance with OSHA/FIFRA policies and procedures.
• Safe operation and maintenance of company vehicle to meet DOT and company guidelines.
• Completion of services as scheduled and documentation of services.
• Physical demands: walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting & carrying up to 40 lbs.
