Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and building materials, seeks a Sales Consultant to drive growth in residential and light commercial markets. The role emphasizes lead generation, proposal development, and building trusted customer relationships.

Travel is local (>50%), with a base salary plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. This safety-sensitive position offers opportunities for performance-based advancement within a dynamic distribution

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs to customers.
• Travel to job sites and manage the customer experience from sale to project completion.
