QXO is seeking a Sales Consultant to sell insulation products to residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, conduct sales calls, present proposals, and manage accounts while building trusted relationships.

Local travel (>50%) and flexible hours are required. The role offers Base + Commissions, comprehensive benefits, and a compensation range that reflects market data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell product lines to residential and light commercial accounts.
• Identify prospective customers and generate/follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials and services based on customer needs.
• Understand market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ offerings.
