Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a busy Highland, Michigan community. You will handle routine sales office tasks, greet guests, provide information, answer phones, and support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating with underwriting, entering leads into NetSuite, preparing lease documents, and maintaining records. A positive, professional appearance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in a sales coordinator or administrative position required.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with residents and prospects.
• Answer phones, type, copy, fax, file and perform other admin duties.
• Assist with marketing materials for homes and community events.
• Review listings, show homes to prospects, and assist with rental applications.
• Enter leads into NetSuite and refer prospects to the manager.
• Coordinate with Underwriting to obtain approvals on applicants.
• Review and code invoices for approval.
• Handle routine resident questions professionally.
• Maintain office supplies and prepare lease documents as needed.
• Plan and coordinate resident relation events within the community.
• Maintain records in accordance with the Operations Manual.
