Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in a sales coordinator or administrative role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and timely data entry are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and prospects; provides information about the community.
• Handles general administrative tasks: phones, typing, copying, mailing.
• Assists with marketing materials for homes for sale and community events.
• Checks Sun Homes inventory to assist prospective residents.
• Shows homes to prospects and assists with rental applications as directed.
