Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage routine sales office tasks and administrative responsibilities for the community. You will greet guests, provide information, process applications, and enter leads into NetSuite to support the sales team.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a sales or administrative role, and strong verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver's license and proficient MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a sales coordinator or administrative role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and residents and provides information about the community (Essential).
• Answers phones, types, copies, faxing, filing and other admin duties (Essential).
• Assists with marketing materials for homes, community events and related items (Essential).
• Reviews listings, shows homes to prospects, and assists with rental applications as directed (Essential).
• Enters leads into NetSuite and coordinates with management; supports underwriting and approvals.
