Sun Communities is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Grand Haven, MI to support our community operations. You will greet guests, manage leads in NetSuite, assist with marketing, and coordinate with the sales manager to facilitate approvals and leases.

The role requires organized, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license is needed for site duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in a sales coordinator or administrative role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, internet, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and prospective residents, sharing community information as requested.
• Performs general administrative duties: answering phones, typing, copying, filing, and related tasks.
• Assists with marketing materials for homes and events as directed by manager.
• Checks Sun Homes inventory and assists with listing reviews and rental applications.
• Enters leads into NetSuite and follows up with prospects timely.
• Coordinates with Underwriting to obtain approvals for resident applicants.
• Reviews and codes invoices for approval by the Community/Sales Manager.
• Handles routine resident questions professionally and routes complex issues to the manager.
• Keeps office stocked and orders supplies as needed.
• Prepares lease documents and notices to vacate as required.
• Plans resident relations events and maintains community records.
