Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an experienced Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, partnering with field leadership to target coaching and development opportunities.

You will meet with salespeople to review assessments, IDPs, and progress, while delivering classroom and webinar training with the Sales Training organization. The role emphasizes independent work, requires 7+ years in sales or account management with coaching success, and travel of 20-30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven years or more sales or Account Manager with coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans and coach/motivate salespeople.
• Consult with field sales leaders to identify training needs.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; decide delivery method with Sales Training organization.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Identify and deploy continuous improvement opportunities based on evaluations and leadership feedback.
