HW Kia of West County is seeking an energetic Sales BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound leads, internet inquiries, and appointment setting for the showroom sales team.

You will work closely with the sales team, maintain a high activity level, and log customer interactions in the CRM while striving to meet monthly appointment and show-rate targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and clear communication on high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat/text leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and service leads.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for showroom team.
• Follow up with be-back and unsold customers to re-engage them.
• Log all interactions in CRM accurately.
• Maintain a high volume of daily calls/texts/emails with a friendly tone.
• Work with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment-set and show-rate targets.
