Kunes Auto Group is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDC Rep) to be the first contact for prospective customers. You will engage leads, schedule appointments and provide top-tier service via phone, text, and email, supporting the sales team and boosting showroom traffic.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of BDC experience, excellent communication, and a can-do, team-focused attitude. This role requires comfort with fast-paced work, night/EOW shifts, and CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of BDC experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work nights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries.
• Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement.
• Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments.
• Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased.
