Job summary

Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville is seeking a sales appointment setter/BDC representative to be the first point of contact for Internet sales leads. You will answer inquiries, provide product information, and set appointments with sales professionals.

No prior automotive experience is required; training is provided. You will follow up with leads for up to 90 days, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer engagement and showroom visits.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive and hardworking demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Continuous follow-up with interested leads for 90 days and with others not ready to commit.
• Provide customers with product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Participate in team and process development sessions while maintaining positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Walk the lot to stay up to date on inventory and assist with getting vehicles to the detail department.
