Job summary

Sames Motor Company Inc is seeking a BDC representative to grow our customer base by developing and nurturing relationships with current and future customers. You will coordinate incoming requests, both online and by phone, and set appointments for the sales and service teams to convert leads into sales.

Key duties include handling guest inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, entering guest data into the BDC database, and following up on leads while adhering to privacy and do-not-call

Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
• Proven customer service track record or desire to provide next level customer service.
• Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Receive inbound calls to set firm appointment dates with sales/service.
• Provide product and inventory knowledge to guests and document data in the system.
• Follow up on internet leads and coordinate with team to drive sales.
