Job summary

Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a Sales BDC Administrator to greet and qualify internet, phone, text, and email inquiries and schedule appointments with the sales team. The role offers $20.00 per hour plus bonuses and a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule, with extended sales hours on weekends.

You will build relationships with customers, document interactions in the CRM, and support a smooth, customer-first buying journey while collaborating with the sales team

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, sales, or BDC experience.
• Comfortable speaking to customers by phone, text, and email.
• Provide professional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Work well with teammates to achieve shared goals.
• Use a computer for daily tasks and learn dealership software used to manage customer information.
• The ability to manage multiple customer conversations throughout the day.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team and confirm appointments through follow-up communication.
• Build relationships with customers while providing outstanding customer service.
• Document customer interactions and update information in the dealership CRM.
• Work with the sales team to help create a smooth and positive customer experience.
