Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of business operations, office, or sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• PEO industry knowledge.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Submit RFP documents to risk and medical pricing via TriNet portal.
• Gather and enter data into TriNet’s portal for pricing quotes.
• Coordinate with departments to support prospective clients.
• Run reports and data entry in Salesforce.
• Respond to prospect questions by phone, email, or chat.
• Assist Sales Consultants with prospect issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
