CEDX AI is hiring for an in-office sales role with a fixed schedule. You will start with a paid 3‑day trial in the office, receiving real calls and coaching before a formal schedule begins.

Earn a guaranteed $20/hour plus commissions on deals closed, with a tiered plan that increases your commission over time. You’ll use the provided verified lead queue, scripts, and demo-booking flow to pitch decision-makers, book Zoom demos, and close deals.

Guaranteed $20/hour before tax, plus 3% commission on the collected first-year value of every deal you close (typical deal $35,000-$60,000 = $1,050-$1,800 per close on top of your hourly; commission rises to 4% after 3 closes and 5% after 5 closes in a quarter). Starts with a paid 3-day trial in office - real calls, real coaching - then a keep decision on day 3 and your regular schedule begins immediately. In-office role with a set schedule. We provide the verified lead queue, in-dialer scripts, demo-booking flow, and a training account to practice on before you go live. You can switch to the pure 20% Direct Commission track (remote) later with one week's notice - no new trial.
