The position requires a minimum of 1 year in outbound phone sales, a proven track record of meeting quota, and the ability to work Arizona hours with potential later shifts.

Qualifications

• Outbound phone-sales experience in a B2C, direct-closing environment.
• At least 1 year tenure in current role.
• Proven quota and KPI history in short-cycle, transactional sales.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills; confident asking for the sale.
• CRM discipline with detailed, organized records.
• Remote work readiness with urgency, resilience and follow-through.
• Comfort with Arizona time operating hours (6:00 AM–6:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Own the sale: convert prospects to enrollment via consultative calls.
• Work warm leads and outbound follow-up to close deals.
• Close quickly within 1–2 touchpoints for enrollment.
• Build rapport and overcome objections through discovery-led conversations.
• Log CRM notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for follow-up.
