SafeSplash Morrisville / Streamline Brands is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Morrisville, NC. You will greet visitors, manage accounts, handle retail sales, enroll students, and follow up with leads by phone/text while maintaining clear communication with parents.

Applicants should be friendly, professional, and flexible, with sales and customer service experience, familiarity with MS Office, and the ability to juggle schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caring.
• Sales experience.
• Social media posting experience.
• Lead calling experience; Exceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience, can handle pressure of customer escalations.
• Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software (Microsoft Office).
• Dependable and flexible schedule: evenings and weekends may be required.
• Phone skills.
• Preferred: Swim lesson and/or competitive swimming experience; CPR & First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors; direct them appropriately.
• Maintain client accounts; record information; process payments; schedule classes and appointments.
• Assist with retail merchandise; manage retail sales; know all products.
• Enroll students.
• Follow up with leads via phone and text; manage drop lists.
• Check in kids as needed; explain policies to parents.
• Schedule, promote, and participate in events; keep client communications updated in lobby.

What will you do a

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
