Job summary

SafeSplash Brands, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate at our Morrisville location to greet guests, manage check-ins, enroll students, and support retail sales. You will schedule classes, handle payments, and maintain client records while delivering friendly, professional service.

Ideal candidates bring sales experience, phone skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CPR/First Aid is a plus, and weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and direct clients and visitors.
• Maintain client accounts: record info, process payments, schedule classes/appointments.
• Assist with retail merchandise and sales.
• Enroll students in programs and classes.
• Follow up with leads by phone/text and maintain leads list.

What will you do a

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointments
• Assists clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail sales
• Enroll students
• Follow up with leads and Drop lists by phone and text
• Check in kids as needed
• Explain policies to parents
• Schedules, promotes and participates in special events, and keeps all client communications updated, and visibly posted in public areas of lobby.

  • Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
