Job summary

SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville (Triangle) is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet clients, manage accounts, process payments, and schedule classes. You will enroll students, follow up on leads by phone and text, and assist with retail sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong customer service, and reliability. Evening and weekend shifts may be needed; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Happy and professional disposition.
• Exceptional customer service focus: deliver a quality experience.
• Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software (Microsoft Suite).
• Dependable and flexible schedule, evenings and weekends may be required.
• Preferred: Swim lesson or competitive swimming experience; CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors; direct them appropriately.
• Maintain client accounts and record accurate information; process payments; schedule classes and appointments.
• Assist with retail merchandise; manage retail sales and product knowledge.
• Enroll students and follow up with leads by phone/text.
• Check in kids and explain policies to parents.
• Schedule, promote, and participate in events; keep client communications updated in lobby areas.

What will you do as a Front Desk Associate?

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointments
• Assists clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail sales
• Enroll students
• Follow up with leads and Drop lists by phone and text
• Check in kids as needed
• Explain policies to parents
• Schedules, promotes and participates in special events, and keeps all client communications updated, and visibly posted in public areas of lobby.
