Job summary

SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville (Triangle) is seeking a passionate and professional Associate to assist clients and manage retail sales. This role involves greeting clients, maintaining account information, and enrolling students for swim classes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

• Check in kids as needed and explain policies to parents.
• Promote and participate in special events.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintain client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointments
• Assist clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail sales
• Enroll students
• Follow up with leads and Drop lists by phone and text
• Check in kids as needed
• Explain policies to parents
• Schedule, promote and participate in special events, and keep all client communications updated, and visibly posted in public areas of lobby.

Qualifications

• Happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caring
• Sales Experience
• Social Media posting experience.
• Lead calling experience
• Exceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience, can handle pressure of customer escalations
• Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite
• Dependable and flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends
• Phone skills
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
  • CPR & First Aid Certified
