Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations in Massachusetts to deliver analytical support to the sales and commercial teams, analyze industry and internal data, identify opportunities, and develop advanced tools and reporting to enable sales force effectiveness. You will work with leadership to understand initiatives and implement analytics that drive growth and help achieve EBITDA goals.

Qualifications

B.S. degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, business or related area with 5+ years combined analytics and forecasting.
Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Tableau.
Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
MBA degree or additional work experience is a plus.
Minimum 3 years' experience in data analytics and reporting.
Experience in health care industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership and sales to understand franchise goals and lead opportunity reporting development.
Track key strategic initiatives, identify insights and provide action recommendations.
Lead analytics for Commercial Excellence, Field Sales, Finance, Marketing and Channel Management.
Develop analyses and reporting using internal and external data to identify market trends.
Support territory optimization, customer targeting and segmentation.
Develop customer insights from marketing programs and apply standard data protocols.
Support Consumer Excellence reporting with KPIs and consumer insights.
Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested.
