Responsibilities

• Support data analytics to develop actionable insights on pipeline, usage, and revenue data.
• Define metrics to measure programs' effectiveness and organizational productivity.
• Define key sales support systems and processes to meet rapid growth and revenue goals.
• Build relationships with sales, support, partner, finance, HR, and operations to identify reporting needs.
• Identify data issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
• Support ad hoc analysis and participate on projects as needed.
• Be an expert in AI and analytics tools to support the team.
