Qualifications

• Sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Licensing for Property & Casualty and Life & Health preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing.
• Strong verbal and written communication and closing skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calls and meet measurable goals.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Starting conversations that lead to sales.
• Turning interest into action by identifying coverage needs and presenting solutions.
• Building your pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Finding additional opportunities by recommending Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance products.

• Keeping organized with agency systems and CRM to manage leads.
