Farmers District 40 & 94 is seeking a motivated sales professional to generate new business and help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and closing sales in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have prior sales or related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to obtain required insurance licensing.

Qualificações

• Previous sales experience or proven ability to consistently achieve measurable performance goals.
• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and closing sales.
• Willingness to obtain required licensing (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
