Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred, not required).
• Excellent communicator with persuasive relationship-building skills.
• License in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health, or willingness to obtain.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and sustain lasting client relationships through exceptional service and tailored reviews.
• Sell and cross-sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products.
