Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses or willingness to obtain.
• Free pre-licensing education available to meet state requirements.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and long-term career growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to make outbound calls and manage daily sales activity.
• Comfort with local networking and community activities to support business development.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard business software.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities by phone, text, email, and virtual outreach.
• Conduct cold and warm calling to prospective customers and referral sources to build a sales pipeline.
• Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries to identify coverage needs and close opportunities.
• Build relationships within the community via events, networking, and partnerships for referrals.
• Meet with customers in person, by phone, or virtually to review coverage and tailor solutions.
• Educate clients on coverage options, risk exposures, and protection strategies.
• Deliver service by handling policy changes, questions, renewals, and claims support.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the book of business.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and CRM records; stay updated on product promotions.
