You will handle order management, pricing upkeep, and collaboration with purchasing and sales teams, while maintaining professional email communications with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, administrative, order management, or inventory experience preferred.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with order management, inventory, forecasting, or inside sales is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, forecasts, and account activity.
• Monitor open orders, track lead times, and communicate updates via email.
• Process purchase orders, quotes, and order changes.
• Maintain accurate pricing and customer data.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production planning, and sales teams.
