You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate processing of dealer orders and timely acknowledgments.

This role emphasizes excellent communication and reliable math skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch and provide order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Process dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
