Job summary

Medium is seeking a Safety Product Manager to grow its Industrial Sales & Service business with a focus on mining and heavy industry markets. This position requires defining and executing marketing and sales strategies to enhance product offerings and expand market presence. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in industrial sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability in developing strategic supplier partnerships. A valid driver's license and 50% to 75% national travel availability are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial sales/product management focused on safety products.
• Experience supporting or selling into the mining industry is strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel nationally 50% to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive safety product strategy.
• Define and expand a complete safety product portfolio.
• Partner with Regional Managers and Sales Teams to drive pipeline development.
• Lead sales training, coaching, and targeted planning sessions.
