Job summary

Parts Town, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead comprehensive environmental and safety programs at the Distribution Center. The role emphasizes compliance, leadership, and relationship-building across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring an EH&S degree with 3–5 years of safety experience in fulfillment or manufacturing, plus strong knowledge of OSHA standards and incident prevention. A proactive safety culture and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Environmental Health and Safety or equivalent, with 3–5 years in a safety role in fulfillment or manufacturing.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to move around the floor, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies in compliance with health and safety laws.
• Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations and preventive measures.
• Maintain safety training records and report deficiencies.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and coordinate with HR on workers’ compensation matters.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and ensure timely compliance.
