The role focuses on implementing and improving safety programs that protect employees, customers, contractors, and assets. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative safety professional with strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sustaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in industrial safety or related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Experience conducting safety audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT and relevant regs.
• Conduct hazard assessments and risk analyses; develop JSAs.
• Deliver safety training on OSHA compliance, emergency response, PPE, and safe practices.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions.
