Parts Town in Illinois seeks a Group Director, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead safety strategy and regulatory compliance across the Parts Town family. The role focuses on building enterprise-wide EHS programs and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will work across Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Facilities and Engineering to implement risk-reducing initiatives and drive performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive Environmental Health & Safety leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Experience building or maturing enterprise-wide EHS strategies and programs across multiple U.S. locations in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools; familiarity with ERP/WMS and BI platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the enterprise-wide EHS strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Mentor EHS team members and establish clear goals and development plans.
• Report to senior leadership on safety performance metrics and initiatives.
