Parts Town is seeking a Group Director, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead strategy, programs, and standards across the organization. You will partner with leaders to build a strong safety culture, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement in safety, environment, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in EHS leadership within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settings, and a Bachelor’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Experience building enterprise-wide EHS strategies across multiple U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide EHS strategy aligned with business goals.
• Establish company-wide safety standards, policies, and best practices.
• Drive initiatives that enhance safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve safety and operational effectiveness.
• Lead EHS team development, set goals, and manage performance.
