Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses towards a degree.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx Safety Above All culture and initiatives.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, training, recognition, performance evaluation, and attendance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and cost control.
• Analyze operations and drive improvements in key metrics and safety.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to staff.
