Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Manage staff including hiring, coaching, training, performance evaluation and discipline.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages and compliance with policies.
• Analyze performance and implement improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates and goals.
• Mentor and develop critical skill sets for newer supervisors.
