Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in package handler or supervisory roles; military experience acceptable.
• Associate's degree or 2+ years of college can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance and discipline.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control operations; manage costs and quality.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain FXG policy compliance across teams.
• Train new employees on duties and performance expectations.
