• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Assigns and manages staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyzes performance and drives improvement efforts.
• Leads daily meetings and communicates updates to staff.
• Develops safety strategies and administers related programs.
• Trains new employees on duties and FXG policies and procedures.
