Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and assigned staff.
• Ensure safe and efficient package sortation through effective staff management.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize and reward, evaluate performance and manage discipline.
• Direct and control staff to minimize costs while maximizing quality and safety.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates and goals.
• Develop and administer safety strategies and programs.
• Resolve or escalate customer service issues as needed.
• Train new employees on jobs duties and performance expectations including FXG policies and safety requirements.
