Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• In lieu of experience, certificate program or 2+ years of college.

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All culture and lead related initiatives.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize and evaluate staff; manage disciplinary actions.
• Plan, organize, staff, and direct day-to-day operations.
• Assign staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to teams; public speaking as needed.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies including safety.
